One problem for Democrats is that left-wing people pretend they aren’t doing stuff that they are in fact doing in order to further fuel the flames of anti-establishment sentiment.

Hate Israel all you want but one thing is absolutely, abundantly clear after the rescue of the American pilots and as this war has proceeded: No other ally in the world today actively assists the US as Israel does. They are the truest ally in every sense of the word. NATO won't even let the US fly through their airspace. Israel? They'll put their own pilots in the line of fire to rescue an American. That's allyship.

Younger Jews can see at this point that we have something rotten in our culture, we have venerated financial gain over good deeds, and have cheered for the ethno-state of Israel over basic decency.

One of the most overlooked facts in debates about antisemitism and the Democratic Party is where Jewish voters actually live. In 2024, five of the seven key swing states each had more Jewish residents than Trump’s margin of victory. This is not a fact Democrats can just ignore.
