Its #CarersWeek & thanks to @UHBCharity @TeenageCancer & @AldiUK we have been able to give care packages to parents and loved ones of TYA in patients @uhbtrust all week. This small gesture means a lot and hopefully serves as a reminder that “You can’t pour from an empty cup”

I rewatched a few #HorribleHistories stupid deaths! On a more serious note, in Cloud Nine there is a character with cancer so I had some wonderful advice from youth support coordinator @cpea88 and the generous young people from the #ChapterTYANextChapter Book Club🥰 #ukteenchat

Thanks to the Children’s Healing & Therapies Support (CHATS) team @brumshospice for a fab day learning to make hand casts- such a personalised course where I got to make a cast of my hand and gained insight on conversations to have with people while making a priceless piece ❤️
