🚨 Outrageousness coming out of the District Attorneys Office in the Bronx. Recently, NYPD Captain Kai E. Bowen from Community Affairs walked into a family member being assaulted by another individual in his OWN home and instinctively went to his training and effected an off-duty arrest on scene of this perpetrator. Somehow, the Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark waits a full day until her office decides this hero captain must be arrested because he “ should have called the police “ when he is taking police action like police officers are trained to do walking into a situation like that. Are you supposed to watch your loved one get attacked as you stand by and wait when you are in fact a police officer and are trained to take police action? This is exactly why the justice system is broken. Protecting your loved ones shouldn’t lead to handcuffs. Stand with Captain Bowen. 🚨

The story of retired Lieutenant Quathisha Epps is a case study in the systemic weaponization of administrative process. This was never about a neutral application of policy; it was a calculated attempt to execute a professional "death penalty" through a thousand bureaucratic cuts. Under the guise of the "Savior" mythology, NYPD Commissioner Jessica S. Tisch—and the ethically compromised infrastructure of One Police Plaza—attempted to rewrite the history of a decorated veteran. The Anatomy of a Bureaucratic Execution The "Savior’s" playbook was not subtle. It was a multi-front assault designed to isolate, discredit, and erase Epps from the professional record: The Tactical "Surface": Resurrecting an IAB investigation only when it became politically convenient to stall her retirement and undermine her "credible" allegations of sexual assault in the workplace. The Credential Blockade: Withholding retired identification and the mandatory "Good Guy Letter," effectively stripping a career officer of her status. Certification Sabotage: Moving through the New York State DCJS to revoke Epps’s POST certification, an attempt to render her permanently unemployable in law enforcement. Financial Destabilization: Utilizing every administrative lever to freeze her standing and jeopardize her post-service security. The Collapse of the "Savior" Mythology Here is the problem with using the department as a personal fiefdom: Facts are jurisdictionally independent. When this case finally escaped the echo chamber of One Police Plaza and entered a forum where evidence is the only currency, the narrative crumbled. Despite the "selective outrage" and the full weight of the Commissioner’s office, a court of law—and the licensing authority—granted Quathisha Epps her pistol license with a full law-enforcement endorsement. This isn't just a win; it is a judicial repudiation of the NYPD's internal "ethics" theater. It proves that when the "Savior’s" discretionary decisions are subjected to the sunlight of independent oversight, they are found to be legally and factually hollow. The Fingerprints of Retaliation To Commissioner Tisch and the "clowns" who believe these episodes simply disappear into an institutional memory hole: You miscalculated. Administrative sabotage leaves a paper trail. Every withheld letter, every delayed credential, and every "conveniently timed" investigation has left fingerprints. These documents and the witnesses behind them don't vanish; they migrate into the discovery phase of litigation. The record of what was done to Lieutenant Epps will not be buried. It will be audited, litigated, and put under oath. Get ready. Because when the full weight of the truth is measured against the "Savior’s" version of events, the mythology will not survive the cross-examination. #QuathishaEpps #NYPD #LegalAudit #InternalAffairs #PublicIntegrity #PoliceAccountability #DueProcess #WorkplaceRetaliation #CommissionerTisch #TheSandersFirmPC #EricSandersEsq #DisciplineWasTheWeapon
