@cperryCAP Definitely interested and would like to learn more! We'll have two ladies as juniors next year who run the 100H at 14.48 & 14.67. Neither run the 400h much (ones a multi and the other battled a foot injury this year) but have prs of 1:09 & 1:04...my senior is at 13.75 & 58.44
