A3 - I try to remember something significant that is going on in every staff members' lives and then follow up on that during the year. #PIAchat

A2 - Our PTO is organizing a different random act of virtual kindness each day next week and encouraging families to reach out to as many staff as possible. #PIAchat

A1 - I think a personal note of thanks means more to an educator than most other things. "Thanks for caring for my kid" goes a long way. #PIAchat

@cpleister Our principal is doing a morning check-in before we start and posting a FlipGrid reflection in the afternoon. We were doing it every day early on as Ts got their footing with all this, but we're scaling back a little now. Definitely welcomed by Ts. #PIAChat

A2 - I am trying to send positive video selfies a couple times a week specifically to staff to let them know I miss all of them! #PIAchat

A1 - Attending as many virtual class meetings as possible, reaching out to families from whom we're not hearing much during the day. The #PIAchat
