Parents deserve to know what their kids are actually watching. @CWforA found that more than 40% of Netflix children’s programming now includes LGBTQ+ and transgender themes — often in shows still rated TV-G or TV-Y7. The FCC is accepting public comments until May 22 on updating TV parental guidance ratings. We need voices of truth to speak up and give their input to the FCC now. The FCC is currently being FLOODED with pro-LGBT comments. Join the Child and Parental Rights Campaign and Concerned Women for America: tell the FCC to update their TV rating system and make it clear to parents when transgender-related content is included. The FCC must stop letting streaming services hide this harmful content from parents. Comment now → [Direct FCC Link] fcc.gov/ecfs/filings/e…] Use DOCKET ID #: MB Docket No. 19-41 #ProtectKids #ParentalRights

CPRC President / Chief Counsel @RealVernadetteB recently sat down with Epoch Times’ NTD for a wide-ranging interview on the fight over gender ideology with schools and child protective services. They covered secret school transitions, the disturbing weaponization of CPS against loving parents, and the growing momentum we’re seeing in the courts to protect parental rights. Watch and SHARE the full interview!

Please watch as CPRC President / Chief Counsel Vernadette Broyles and @JanuaryDoNoHarm discuss the recent SCOTUS denial of cert in the Littlejohn vs. Leon County School System case. CPRC’s Official Statement: We are of course highly disappointed in the United States Supreme Court for denying cert in the Littlejohn vs Leon County Board of Education case.  This case was another in which the court could have affirmed its commitment to protecting parental rights and child safety and for reasons we’ll never know, chose not to.  But while this ruling is disappointing, it is NOT devastating to the cause.  With SCOTUS already having ruled in the Mirabelli case, the tide is already turning in the direction of truth and parental rights, and our resolve to continue the fight has never been stronger.

We are of course highly disappointed in the United States Supreme Court for denying cert in the Littlejohn vs Leon County Board of Education case.  This case was another in which the court could have affirmed its commitment to protecting parental rights and child safety and for reasons we’ll never know, chose not to.  But it’s also important to understand that, while this ruling is disappointing, it is NOT devastating to the cause.  With SCOTUS already having ruled in the Mirabelli case, the tide is already turning in the direction of truth and parental rights. School systems are settling cases. Liberal-appointed judges are starting to ask the right questions. And our resolve to continue to fight has never been stronger.  We appreciate all the support shown to CPRC and to the Littlejohn family over these last six years and we encourage you to stay tuned to our social media channels as we are planning to release a joint video statement from our President / Chief Counsel Vernadette Broyles and @JanuaryDoNoHarm .

Today the U.S. Supreme Court denied certiorari in Foote v. Ludlow, a case that presented a clear and compelling opportunity to protect the fundamental constitutional rights of parents against school policies that secretly transition children without parental knowledge or consent. As co-counsel for the Foote family — and for the still-pending Littlejohn v. Leon County case — I am disappointed by the Court’s decision not to hear Foote. The case squarely raised the question of whether schools may withhold critical information from parents and override their judgment on matters of their child’s health, well-being, and upbringing. The Court offered no reasoning for its denial, and it would not be productive to speculate on its thinking.  What is undeniable is that the Supreme Court now has one remaining opportunity to provide the nation with clear, final precedent on this issue. Littlejohn v. Leon County is fully briefed on the merits and presents the ideal vehicle for the Court to confirm that parents — not schools — have the constitutionally protected right to direct the upbringing of their children, including decisions involving gender identity and whether their child will be affirmed and raised as their sex at school. Mirabelli v. Bonta was encouraging, but it was a procedural ruling. Littlejohn offers the Court the chance to address the merits directly and settle the law nationwide. Regardless of court rulings, Child & Parental Rights Campaign will never stop fighting. We will continue to defend parental rights, protect children’s health from the harms of transgender ideology, and hold schools accountable when they place ideology above family integrity. Parents are the primary decision-makers for their children. That right is fundamental, bound in natural law, and protected by the Constitution. CPRC will keep fighting until every court in the land recognizes it. For the Children, Vernadette Broyles President / Chief Counsel Child & Parental Rights Campaign

No surprise at all! The ONLY argument for allowing these devastating medical interventions is completely refuted by data. Makes you wonder why many fight so hard to continue them...?

Finland tracked every gender-referred adolescent in the country for up to 25 years. Their psychiatric needs didn't improve after 'gender reassignment'. They surged. A landmark peer-reviewed study just dropped. Here's what it found. 🧵

We must not allow weaponized state CPS agencies to separate children from parents who refuse to accept a child’s rejection of biological reality! The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) just sent a letter to all 50 states defending parental rights and biological reality against transgender ideology. No more removing children from loving homes just because parents say no to dangerous sex rejecting interventions. CPRC's advocacy helped pave the way—read how this advances our fight to protect families at the link in the first comment. #ParentalRights #ProtectKids

Protecting women’s sports is nonnegotiable. After we found SJSU in violation of Title IX, they refused to negotiate a resolution. SJSU, you have ten days to cease your discriminatory practices.

@ainsleyearhardt nails it: Parents are left cleaning up the lifelong scars while activists move on. Vernadette: We've heard this from families over and over—mental health crises, trauma, years to heal. Secret transitioning must stop. We're fighting until it's defeated. Final part—watch the full truth & share widely. Who's with us? #ProtectKids #ParentalRights #SageBlair

The @OutnumberedFNC panel nails it: Secret transitions are systemic, not random. State weaponized child protective services are wiping away parental authority. Vernadette: These are embedded nationwide—we need systemic change. No more hiding or taking children from parents affirming biological reality. This is the fight. Watch & share if you're ready to end it! Part 5 final. #ProtectKids #ParentalRights #SageBlair
