No matter where you go, after being in Santa Cruz, you will always dream of the idyllic coastal bike paths, surf spots and ocean views. You can bike from one lighthouse to another lighthouse there and pass the museum with two whales sculptures. You can see giant whale skeletons, butterfly groves, pick the best organic strawberries and meet many creative people. Save The Catalyst! 🎵 This is a historic music venue in Santa Cruz that I’ve seen many concerts at and most students of UC Santa Cruz have incredible memories there as it had many different rooms for different bands— there might be 2 to 3 bands playing there on the same night. It looks like they were able to raise 1.5 million in seven days but the developers purchased it for 4.5 million. This is just so sad. These are human beings we are talking about, who had insurance they trusted and were used to paying for. It’s not ok to hurt people this way. Other countries do far better at supporting basic needs. I’m very tired of rich mentality rule that does not help the rest of society too. Many people are really struggling and suffering from these changes we definitely did not vote for.

Very pretty! Don’t forget St. Helena and Napa. They have lovely cycling and rolling green hills right now too. I made it to @ClifFamily tasting room and food truck, and @TrekBikes shop in St Helena this past month. It was a perfect day. Sulpher Springs out and back and one night at El Bonita Inn. A lovely respite. Grateful. 🙏🍷

I still cycle daily to prevent worsening hip pain and save money! I also use my bike as a walker in a way. I saw many beautiful bike paths across the country, including the new bike path over the i 74 Quad Cities Bridge. #cycling #bikepaths #greenways

If anyone wants to help with a donation or purchase my paintings and needs tax receipts, I can also provide you with my itemized costs of travel, picking up the paintings, gas, etc. I have receipts from all costs incurred traveling to visit my sons, appear in Appellate Court and return for my 2nd hip surgery. I have been disabled since 2019, and hope this new surgery will finally allow me to walk without a limp and without pain again. I would love to be able to hop jump and run again too, but I have not had the joy of running since 2019. #disability
