Big shout out to Rebecca Sheldon @OT_CRH for her ingenuity in coming up with a hand grip solution for @OrlaConneely #racerunning. The new position/stability enabled her to achieve a PB & a bronze in @cpworldgames in Barcelona, plus 2 PBs & 4 golds in @CP_Sport national champs!

The CP Teens UK office is open again after a short break & wow, what a successful August! The CP Teens UK RaceRunners won 5 Golds, 2 Silvers & 1 Bronze between them at the @cpworldgames! Head Ambassador @Gav_DrysdaleRR also won a Gold, as well as a Gold at the European Champs!
