So, about that news. It turns out that I won a Double Gold for Achroous at the @SFWSpiritsComp. I am, to put it mildly, chuffed as hell.

@SheenaHorner @parkrunUK I swear by Brooks... I need to go up a size in them. Normally a 5, and wear a 6 in Brooks. I’ve run with them for about 4 years now and highly recommend.
