Do people not understand the psyop? AI will never become "conscious" and start making it's own decisions. I don't get it. People act like starting something is this massive gatekept thing. It's not. The gate's been open for years. If you have wifi and a reason to build, you're already laps ahead of where most founders were a decade ago. The excuse of "I don't have the resources" doesn't really hold up anymore. The internet is the resource.

I've never seen this before in my career: 28-30 year olds who refuse to use AI coding tools. You show them what they can do augmented (not replaced) with AI and you see in their eyes that they have no damn clue of what's happening. You can't work with these people anymore. Time used to pass over older generations slowly. Now it's passing over us at the peak of our careers. Sadly, adaptability isn't optional at this point.
