Please help 😭 We're currently moving out of our rental and just discovered this awful damage to the floor. One of the metal legs under our bed broke at some point and was hanging down. We must have moved the bed without realizing it, and it ended up scratching the absolute hell out of the laminate flooring. We're kind of freaking out because move-out inspection is coming up. Is there any realistic way to repair or at least improve damage like this, or are we probably looking at losing part of our security deposit? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

To my neighbor who thought 10am on a Saturday was the perfect time to start installing sewer pipes in front of the house… I’ve got to admit, I was not prepared for that level of early morning construction. 😅 Some of us were definitely trying to sleep. Waking up to loud banging and digging before noon on a weekend is… not ideal. I’ve already reached out to the appropriate authorities about the noise, and I really hope it doesn’t continue, because weekends are supposed to be a bit more peaceful than that. This used to be a pretty quiet neighborhood, so it’s been a bit of a shock seeing front yards turned into full construction zones with no real consideration for everyone else around. Just feels like common courtesy has taken a bit of a backseat lately.

To my neighbor that thought it was okay to mow the lawn SHIRTLESS in a residential neighborhood, I have already contacted the police. This is NOT a beach. This is NOT a gym.
