@craighall04 @markgoldbridge Can’t decide who wants the club to fail more for their pathetic shows? Goldbridge or Neville?
English

@craighall04 @markgoldbridge The fame hungry nerd wouldn’t get his little clicks if he said anything good about the team.
English

@banzakove @Olasharpmouth @markgoldbridge Don’t ever remember coming away from old Trafford saying “there were great patterns of play today”, but I’m certainly come away saying “what a fucking great result”
English

@Olasharpmouth @markgoldbridge We are not Arsenal my guy, pattern of play matters
English

@Charlton_H @FPLThorpey I agree. Pedro against City, United & Brighton. Can’t see him doing much. He doesn’t against most big teams
English

@alex_watson2000 @premdebrief Chelsea & Liverpool still have to play each other, so neither of them can take maximum points from their 21 left,
so technically United need 4 wins regardless of what happens in any other games (even if we lose to both Chelsea & Liverpool)
English

@alex_watson2000 @premdebrief Maximum Chelsea can get to is 69. We are on 55 now. So 15 more points (5 wins) makes it mathematically impossible for Chelsea to catch us.
Chelsea have United, City, Liverpool & Brighton (away) still to play. Any of them that Chelsea don’t win is one less game United need to win!
English

Might be being thick today but can someone explain how this is true?
Martien 🇳🇱@MartienBall
United need only 3 wins from 7 games to qualify for the UCL. Knowing these players, they’ll secure it in the last game of the season just to add some unnecessary drama… 😭
English

@Peterboxtop Currently greater than u lot have ever been in the premier league mate yeah!
English

@craighall04 Nothing to worry about pal. Won a few games have yas ? Great again are yas ?
English

@xMaccaEFC 10 corners he had half of your team literally piled on top of him and won them all. Top save from Keane. Held on to every other shot and cross that came at him, none of this palming it away bollocks!
Look at Pickford everytime he makes a save, if you want to talk overreactions.
English

I must have been at a different game, he made 1 decent save all night from Keane's shot an caught a few corners, everything else was straight at him, some overreaction this
Premier League@premierleague
Senne Lammens with a goalkeeping display out of the top drawer 🧤 👏
English

@WelBeast So they are just supposed to just let the opposition stand in front, behind & on top of the keeper then?? Without defending him & giving him room to move!! Might aswell just let them score if that’s the case!!
English

@UtdMicah Carricks 6 games v Amorims last 6
16/18 points vs 9/18 points
Same goals scored
Half the goals conceded
3 clean sheets vs 1
4 of Carrick’s games have been top 10 teams
Amorims were bottom half (wolves twice)
But we haven’t improved 🥴 there’s just no pleasing some people
English

@markgoldbridge So if that goal was the winning goal to make it 1-2. The referee would have canceled it?
English

@Robhodson83 @markgoldbridge Why don’t we just start ignoring all fouls, handballs, offsides and let everything stand then??
English

@markgoldbridge Even as an Arsenal var ruined the end of that game!!! Just let goal stand
English

@markgoldbridge The goal should have stood and give the red after. Just like what they do for yellow cards!
English

@b2bfootballpod @markgoldbridge The best call for who?
It’s a good call for the teams who are challenging Liverpool for European places, as they now rightfully lose one of their better players!
Decisions made in a match aren’t just about the 2 teams that are playing. Hence why rules need to be applied correctly
English

@markgoldbridge Listen probably the right call. But probably not the best call.
English

@Dave_dRave @markgoldbridge Slightly different scenario, same players….. szoboszlai handballs it but falls to Haaland, ref says play on! Haaland then handballs it too and rifles it in the net!! We still playing on & giving the goal in the spirit of the game? Or we giving handball as they are the rules?
English

@markgoldbridge Absolutely as a LFC fan. The both committed the foul. Ball in the net thats the 1st foul advantage. Some much for spirt of the game.
English

@Juckylim @TelegraphDucker Typical City definition of using “common sense”….. ignore applying the rules in order to gain an advantage that suits them!
English

@TelegraphDucker The trouble these days is that referees aren't allowed to use their common sense and judgement. It's all very sterile.
