I love when there’s a 45+ Midwest guy at the show because there’s a 99% chance he’s buying me a beer after the set and saying “You guys were awesome. I’m also from the midwest.” and then we have the dopest small talk for 5-10 minutes. The best part is that’ll be me in 20 years.

You could be in the largest venue in the world, so much space for all your bullshit gear, and the venue staff will still come up to you the moment your set is done and say “hey man not a lot of space in here tonight, gonna need you to run everything outside into the piss alley”

Shared a lovely hot dog dinner with the sound guy at the bar downstairs. I’m anticipating a good night for rock music.

Apparently now she’s been complaining about noise from my upstairs neighbor, but keeps trying to tie me in as if I’m the root cause to every issue in this building. My landlord and I are becoming quite amused with her conspiracies.

Wandering around Korea alone while my girl works her fancy foreign job is maybe my greatest side quest yet. Might buy truck.

Nothing better than waking up early on a Saturday, make coffee, lift weights, super healthy lunch. Just really taking care of your body. Then drive to your buddies house to drink 10 beers in his backyard and completely cancel out your entire morning. A truly precise balance.
