Africa is a failed continent that lives off handouts from the UN and charities. They can't build anything on their own without Western or Chinese companies doing it for them. It's time the world cut the Sub Saharans loose and let them fend for themselves. If we're all equal then they'd have no problem surviving on their own with zero outside help.
