@vicderbyshire Does that include young men accessing communist propaganda, the sort which might make them go and work in a Communist labour camp…?

@Bushra1Shaikh This shows how little attachment you have to London and why you can never be c suffered a Londoner.

Now that the dregs of society are gathering in my hometown of London, I'm heading to the British countryside until they leave.

@TheHughAnthony How would it revive under a man whose mere threat of becoming PM has already sent the Sterling and Gilt markets into a tailspin? Imagine what’ll happen when he WINS?

Blocking Andy Burnham from becoming Prime Minister is more important than stopping Reform from winning the by-election. We need to look towards 2029, not now. Let Labour implode under Starmer, not revive under Burnham.

My hunch: - Burnham wins and becomes PM - meanwhile financial position worsens - new Chancellor is told you need to find £30bn of tax rises / cuts. Goes after wealth. - Budget massively unpopular - business leaders start bailing. Fails to stem bond crisis - crisis. Election 27.

Some shocking news from the British navy I have a friend who’s decently high up in the British navy, but he was in a room with the top brass a few weeks after the Iran war began. They literally ask “uhh are we at war?” And they awkwardly question if we are for 10 minutes with much silence and confusion. Then someone brings up their pensions and it turns into a conversation about if they’ll get their pensions. From the numerous British military contacts I have, everyone is very pissed off at the state of the military and I wouldn’t be surprised if we see coups in the future

@KemiBadenoch Honestly just stop this embarassing campaign. Your party ruined the country. Unless you’re pledging to deport every single imported person then I can’t vote for you

I hope this isn’t true. There are times when it’s more important to put country before party. This is one of them. Burnham’s longstanding commitment to a fairer voting system could transform our democracy & counter dire threat of a Reform UK government theguardian.com/politics/2026/…

A reminder a candidate can drop out of an election at ANY time and endorse another candidate. So even IF the Green Party wanted to drop out and endorse Andy Burnham. They don't have to do it until the last day, by which time they will know whether they could win the seat or not

Earned £49 last night as I went back to doing Amazon Flex deliveries for the first time since April 2022 🚗📦 If you’ve never heard of it, you basically deliver Amazon parcels in your own car using their app for navigation + parcel scanning. Really simple once you get going. The algorithm gods sent me miles away though, so it ended up being about a 50 mile round trip ⛽️ Still, £49 for 2.5hrs with guaranteed money isn’t bad compared to food delivery where you can sit around waiting for orders. That now puts me on £80 extra this week 💰 Probably keep £30 aside for petrol/tax and put £50 straight into investments 📈

@MartinDaubney This would signal the end of the Tory Party as a national institution. There would be no coming back from it. It would be their doom.

MAKERFIELD: SHOULD THE TORIES STAND ASIDE? The Tories cannot possibly win in Makerfield. But, with echoes of 2019, they could help Labour win by splitting the vote Farage stood down 317 candidates in 2019 to ensure Boris got a majority to "get Brexit done" - and keep Corbyn out Should Kemi repay the compliment to again keep a socialist Prime Minister out of office? Or will it be party before country? Should the "right unite?" Or does every vote have to be fought for, with all parties on the battlefield? After all, Reform have said they want to wipe out the Tories, so why should Kemi help them? THOUGHTS PLS? SURE TO BE A BIG STORY TODAY ON @GBNEWS
