You have no idea how hard firefighters work, until you try to do their job for a day. The smoke room is serious business. Covers on the helmets & breathing equipment, leak checks by safety officers, then complete decontamination afterwards. @FireRescueVic

You have no idea how hard firefighters work, until you try to do their job for a day. In a hallway outside a fully involved room. Handheld meters show where the heat is. Inside, a short puff of water over our heads clears the flame before fire-fighting begins. @FireRescueVic
