@_stefstraw There is a twitter thread, my take away was: "You tend to get dehydrated at night. • Drink 16+ oz of water in the morning • Add a little sea salt/electrolytes Delay caffeine for 90-120 min after waking to avoid afternoon crash. "Hydration is essential for mental performance."

@_stefstraw If it's just water you were drinking, the first, as you surmised, is lack of water. The second is "too much" or rather diluting your body minerals. That would be my prognosis from similar experiences.

@cranies a lot of work for actual list items, but I do miss them in my list titles :) and I will add emoji sometimes to more important/scheduled things to catch my eye.
