ระบบ Tax Refund แบบใหม่ของญี่ปุ่นที่จะเริ่มใช้วันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายนนี้ รายละเอียดแบบเต็มๆอย่างเป็นทางการมาแล้ว 🛍️ตอนซื้อของที่ร้าน - เราต้องซื้อสินค้าราคาเต็มรวม Vat 10% ที่หน้าร้านไปก่อน - ยอดซื้อขั้นต่ำ 5,000 เยนขึ้นไป (ไม่รวมภาษี) ต่อร้าน ภายในวันเดียวกัน - ยังต้องแสดงพาสปอร์ตให้ร้านค้า เพื่อส่งข้อมูลการซื้อเข้าสู่ระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของกรมสรรพากรญี่ปุ่น - ไม่ต้องซีลถุงแล้ว แต่ยังห้ามนำสินค้ามาใช้หรือกินในญี่ปุ่นเด็ดขาด 🛫ตอนถึงสนามบิน ⚠️⚠️⚠️การตรวจ custom เพื่อขอ tax refund จะต้องทำที่ departure hall ก่อนเช็คอินกับสายการบิน หรือก่อนโหลดกระเป๋า ⚠️⚠️⚠️ มีวิธีให้เลือกสองแบบ (1) ใช้เครื่อง digital kiosk สแกนพาสปอร์ต (2) ทำในมือถือ ผ่านระบบ visit Japan web ที่ใช้ตอนผ่าน ตม.ขาเข้าเมือง โดยจะต้องทำที่สนามบิน และใช้ wifi เฉพาะของสนามบินเท่านั้น โดยระบบจะแสดงผลสองแบบ 🟢 ถ้าผลเป็นไฟเขียว >> ไม่ต้องสำแดงสินค้ากับเจ้าหน้าที่ สามารถไปเช็คอินและโหลดกระเป๋าที่เคาเตอร์สายการบินได้เลย 🔴 ถ้าผลเป็นไฟแดง >> ต้องนำสินค้าไปสำแดงกับเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อน ซึ่งจะอยู่ใน departure hall เหมือนกัน แล้วถึงค่อยไปเช็คอิน+โหลดกระเป๋า 🪙ได้เงินภาษีคืน เมื่อผ่านการตรวจแล้ว ระบบจะคืนเงินภาษีให้ ซึ่งอันนี้จะแล้วแต่ว่าร้านค้าของเราใช้ระบบ tax-free ของเจ้าไหน แต่คิดว่าอันนี้น่าจะคล้ายๆของยุโรป คือมีให้เลือกทั้งเงินสด และคืนยอดเข้าบัตรเครดิต
