BREAKING: The Department of Justice (DOJ) confirms that there is a valid ICC arrest warrant vs. Sen. Bato dela Rosa.
“A pending request from the ICC to serve the same has been duly received by the Philippines,” DOJ Sec. Fredderick Vida said during a press conference.
The DOJ added that they will treat any attempt of Sen. dela Rosa to leave the country as a “mockery of justice.”

UPDATE: NBI Director Melvin Matibag confirms on #DatelinePhilippines that Senator Robinhood Padilla is now considered as "person of interest" in the disappearance of ICC-wanted Senator Ronald dela Rosa.
"To a certain extent as to the disappearance of Sen. Bato, sila talaga yung persons of interest. Pero kung i-pursue yung investigating, we're not yet on that level," Matibag said.
