As I coach people through UGC the biggest thing I hear is “I’m going to start. I’m doing the research right now” Hard words to hear: if you stay too long in the “research phase” you’ll never actually start. Literally, just start. Just do it #ugc #ugccommunity

My rules of UGC: build your personal brand, don’t get discouraged by rejection (easier said than done, I know), learn from mistakes, ask for help, be professional, practice resilience. Sticking with it while learning as much as you can take you to the next level.
