Thank you so much to Cal State LA for hosting the Faculty & Community Partners Networking Event! We had an amazing time connecting with fellow faculty and community partners, brainstorming future collaborations, and building stronger connections.

Join us for Create Now’s 5th Annual Creative Career Fair at El Sereno Middle School on May 16th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Open to youth ages 12 to 24, this is a wonderful chance for youth to explore creative careers, connect with industry pros, and find inspiration for the future!

We had a blast at Gloria Molina Grand Park’s Easy Mornings!✨🎨 Kids got creative with LEGO and clay, and we connected with parents about how Create Now provides free art programs for youth across LA County. Thanks for having us, can’t wait for more! #createnow #youth #arts

Happy Easter from Create Now! 🐣💛 More highlights from El Sereno Rec Center! Kids enjoyed Easter egg hunts with thousands of eggs filled with toys and candy. We hid special “Create Now” eggs—find one and win a Squishmallow! So grateful to celebrate with our community.

Create Now was honored to join the Easter Celebration at El Sereno Recreation Center! 🎨🐣 Kids stopped by our art booth to draw, color, and get creative while enjoying a fun filled day of community, games, & an unforgettable egg hunt. Thank you to Calvary Chapel for having us!

Self-expression through art and fashion. At Stela Bella’s studio ACATR LA, USC Hybrid High School students joined Create Now for a fashion workshop led by Stela Bella and Vanessa from Mas Amor. Vanessa shared how fashion brings our inner child to life and helps build confidence.

Create Now partnered with GameHead and NBA All-Stars from the National Basketball Retired Players Association to host an inspiring game development workshop. Students created games, built pitch decks, and presented their ideas blending creativity, entrepreneurship, & confidence.

Creativity in motion! Students from USC Hybrid High School explored fashion design with Create Now during a workshop & tour at ACATR LA (A Cut Above the Rest). Led by Stela Bella & Vanessa from Mas Amor, they created moodboards, designed looks, & presented a final fashion show.

Movement, expression, and confidence in action. Create Now brought a dance class to Esperanza College Prep HS, led by teaching artist Himerria Wortham. During the class, she shared how dance helps young people grow, work through challenges, and discover joy in the process.

Grateful to join Discovery Cube LA’s Community Partner Appreciation Day. Loved creating alongside amazing orgs, bringing art activities for kids, and connecting with parents and partners to share our mission. Big thanks for fostering community and creativity 🎨✨
