Exactly. The future of these technologies isn’t in how good they are on a technical level, but on how good they’re implemented in a system with perceived value and accessible features. The future of AI is UX

I'm really excited about this integration with @statsigio As LangChains move into production, it's important to allow developers to run online experimentation - which is exactly what Statsig enables! statsig.com/blog/experimen…

The first multimodal LLM-powered mood boarding app clearly structured to surface and encourage deeper understanding and evolution of an idea is going to be very powerful. Imagine plugging in something like Pinterest or Mem and iterating relentlessly on a guided experience… 💭

I’ve heard confusion on why there are so many foundation models and this is the key point. We will need differentiated options across cost, latency, task, reliability, open source, and domain sensitivity. Eventually, model chaining is the norm.
clem 🤗@ClementDelangue

Asking “what’s the best model?” is like asking “what’s the best code base?”, there’s no good generic answer, it depends highly on your use case, constraints, and current tech stack! Ultimately the best one will be the one you can train, optimize, control and customize the fastest

@langchain It would be great to touch on possible testing and general QA work with these kinds of models. Part of our issue rn is a lack of testing frameworks (or maybe even methodologies). Insights on how to test these would be incredibly useful if there’re some good resources out there

As mentioned before, the AI innovation is the hype rn and the real long term value will be captured by the products and experiences they make dead simple to use and feel like magic. People don’t care that you use AI to find them a great recipe. They care that the food tastes good

Investors are eager to invest in AI companies. But some of the biggest winners from the AI revolution will be existing companies that weren't founded to do AI, but are perfectly poised to benefit from it, as e.g. Facebook was perfectly poised to benefit from smartphones.

Open question around how companies will optimize around web search + AI implementations like Google just announced. How does a startup get the AI to recommend its negligible existing web presence? How do you get seen when SEO gets flipped on its head?
