i used to feel like my needs didn’t matter growing up, so i wouldn’t say anything. asking what they needed and expressing what i felt like i needed was incredibly expansive honoring my humanness through sharing my “needs” has been a huge step of acceptance & growth lately 🫶✨

like the other day someone i met for the first time asked if there’s anything i need before we got together in person and i’m like “more communication and relationships like this pls ty!!” 🌞

it’s so refreshing to connect with people who are in tune with their body and actually express what they feel. practicing presence, openly communicating, and being intentional with other conscious souls as i travel around has been incredibly healing 🧚✨
