It’s with great sadness that I have to tell you that my dear friend for 40 years, Pat Fish (aka The Jazz Butcher) passed away yesterday evening at his home in Northampton. God bless you old sport. @glassmodern2 @davidjhaskins @kevinmhaskins @unlostforever

Slowdive’s debut album Just For A Day is 30 years old today. Released on 2nd September 1991, the album topped the UK independent charts and no. 32 in the national charts. NME gave it 8/10.

30 years ago today (June 3rd 1991) Slowdive released their third EP Holding Our Breath featuring Catch The Breeze, Golden Hair and Shine. The EP made number 52 in the UK singles chart.
