And just like that, the first month of 2026 is behind us. January was a marathon. February is for finding the rhythm. Honestly, it feels like we've lived a whole year in the last 31 days. I’m focusing less on "getting things done" and more on being intentional with my time.

@creativemharvy So true. And you find that many people never sit down to define what they're actually trying to build or design. All they want is for you to figure it out. How will I do that if you don't make it clear?

Most ideas don’t fail because they’re bad. They fail because they change shape from founder to design to engineering. Everyone thinks they’re aligned, but each person carries a different version. Good founders make intent concrete early whether it's by sketching and/or writing.

A logo failing is rarely about colours or fonts. It’s usually because nobody defined what the brand should communicate before opening Illustrator. Design problems are thinking problems first.

Most people don’t need more tools. They need clarity. If you can’t explain why a design exists, the client will always treat it as “just graphics”. GM GM
