Sometimes you just have to admit you bet on the wrong horse and move on I’ve been in that position many times It’s hard to rotate losses but I see so many friends holding onto dying assets with teams that don’t even show up anymore This isn’t even about you rotating to Quirkies, it’s just a general feeling I think some people need to hear… if it’s a PFP project and it’s dead, broken promises, missed deadlines… no comms, founders don’t get on spaces… It may be time to cut ties and go find the projects where your liquidity is appreciated and respected.

How penguish Re-Wired my Brain for good? Serious talk here... @PenguishETH did something that a lot of people are slowly realising.. the meta is no longer generative art.. in 2021 it was fking cool.. imagine all the 1m/2m/3m possibilities traits could generate in a collection but only 10k was locked in.. never seen before.. now in 2026 we have tons of those bags... as you know the NFT segment is split into a few spheres and overlapping ones at that.. there's pfp/art/gaming/etc and pfp is the main for generative art. however penguish flipped everything... no longer do we value a NFT because of trait rarity or scarcity.. in fact when browsing through penguish you didn't need to care about traits at all.. because there is NONE.. it is so liberating not to fking care about the trait. every enjoyment you derived during the browsing/purchasing/trading/collecting is based on what your eyes/brains perceived and enjoyed. in fact if you were to see the how traders are relisting penguish, they need not worry about rarity/scarcity.. you will noticed traders buying from any low/mid/high floor levels and just relisting at 20-30% premium.. all that matters here.. is the ART. ART finally took centerpiece in this collection. and there's no fatigue.. i know how browsing through a collection for days/weeks you can get fatigued by the same/similar traits mashup in a collection.. everyday something new will pop out to you.. even if you've browsed through the entire collection before.. i browsed through twice myself.. the dopamine released from going thru the collection is unparalleled... because... 1444 1/1s is insane. not only incredibly hard but the level of ART is unseen anywhere in recent times.. big broad crayon strokes.. different varying strengths that are blended in @Octo0x own style to reflect depth/detail/shading.. not to ignore the fact that he has the creative genius to make super hilarious n adorable ART.. you know if you seen it.. in fact, quietly penguish has set a new meta and benchmark.. people will start looking out to new collections that consists of only 1/1s.. be it hand-drawn, ai prompted, pixel generated etc.. but for now, people quietly know.. they can't look at another staple generative art anymore.. they have been re-wired... penguishly.
