the bank said that they couldn't do anything because he was a joint-owner of the account and I had no access to his account
hoping that I have some kind of legal recourse but I'll have to talk to a lawyer

Ok I really didn't want to have to do this but I am sending up a gofundme
The tl;dr is that after kicking me out my dad still had access to my bank account and took $16k from it
Not expecting to get a lot of it back but that's most of my savings gone and I need to cover bills

Getting kicked out because my dad found out that I'm trans. If anyone out there in SoCal has an apartment and is looking for a roommate please please please hit my line. I should have temporary housing but nothing long term. Really hard time for me right now, anything helps.
