As the year winds down, the #CroBio team would like to wish everyone Happy Holidays! 2024 was the biggest year yet for us - we grew our team, expanded our facilities, closed our Seed Round, secured some key regulatory approvals, and lined up field trials in 4 countries for 2025. And to close out the year, we received multiple nominations for The @EarthshotPrize 2025 - wow! A massive shoutout to our awesome team - Richard, Daniel, Amritpal, and Joshua - your hard work made all this possible. Big thanks also to our regulatory advisors for helping us navigate the complex global landscape, and to our investors who believe in what we’re building! CroBio is pleased to announce the completion of a $1.55 million Seed Round! The round was led by The Grantham Foundation for the Protection of the Environment, with participating investors – SOSV and Ponderosa Ventures, and with continued support from Catapult Ventures Group.

On this #WorldWaterDay, CroBio is combatting drought by aiming to revolutionise food production. By 2050, we'll need to increase global food supply by 50%, to feed over 9 billion people. Our mission? Boost soil productivity, enhance water retention, and regenerate farmland. 💧
