Him having the same strongest narrative as Gojo and Sukuna just gave Kashimo pushers opportunity to put him places he dont belong, which is where the slander mostly comes from. other than that theres legit nothing to hate

@crossmiddy @TopperGojo It goes both ways. I find people who downplay Kashimo are just as annoying maybe even more so than the ones who push the agenda. Doesn't matter what it is, agenda kaisen ruins all. Lets not pretend that people are slandering him out of some defence or anything.

What is there to be saved?
His fight with Hakari is one of the best in the series & everyone knew back then that he still had smth incredible held back
Him going all-out lead to him being rightly pushed into many peoples Top-10 and Top-5 of the whole series.

@GroundedBears cuz of hypescaling. Hes one of the characters Gege never fully fleshed out, so as a result he gets carried by narratives and reputation, which most fans hate. Had Gege gave him more fights and better feats this legit wouldnt happen. Also some Kashimo agenda pushers are just crazy

Kashimo is an interesting case to me because he has the qualities to be a loved character in a Battle Shonen: Battle Junkie, Lightning Abilities, & boisterous. Yet he’s one of the most slandered characters? Why is that? Was it cuz of the narrative? His fans? Just what was it?

@Tommytfc2 u can have RCT + domain and still not be top tier, but in actual top tier talks lacking both just kills you, as theyre standard tools among the strongest in jjk. also, being the “strongest of his time” doesnt automatically scale him to modern top tiers

@maruscaler @greenboifr If that punch actually landed clean, Sukuna wouldve taken significantly more damage. The fact that he didnt proves it didnt fully connect. Also ur reaaally blowing the effects of that attack out of proportion 😭 in reality it didnt even seem to affect Sukuna in the slightest

@crossmiddy @greenboifr sukuna blocked here but was still effected by the hit, does this suddenly make the whole move invalid??? if yuji punches sukuna and he blocks it but he gets weakened which was yujis goal when he first threw the punch, it counts

@maruscaler @greenboifr You’re assuming damage = the punch landed, which isnt true. Sukuna blocked the physical hit. The shaking just shows he was affected by the delayed effect from Divergent Fist. He got affected, not hit. Those aren’t the same

@izzy900is Imo to be considered an actual top tier, RCT and a domain is a MUST. The fact that most of Kashimo’s scaling is based purely off narratives and speculation is why I higkey hate how Gege wrote him as a character. He represents “the strongest” without demonstrating it even once
