@crossrula @stfupeon Ok but I never said I didn’t get more toned? All I said is that I gained fat AND muscle. I was inflamed from binging, severely depressed with digestive issues that I fixed and then started the gym. I’m fitter, healthier and my body is firmer, but I still gained said fat?
