Saturday fields aren’t even out yet and I’m off my head excited about @MelbRacingClub Caulfield and @aus_turf_club Randwick - elite racing! Absolutely no excuse not to get to the track. Don’t care what’s going on in your life BE THERE!

@Thomo_Grant Well Platten no longer has any awareness and Spuds no longer with us ! 🙄

The way I see it is this……AFL have tried to manipulate a “safe environment” in a dangerous sport (oxymoron). Square peg in round hole. But by “attempting this” they have taken away player awareness skills. Brayshaw classic example. Completely oblivious to contact and probably surprised. Even most head high bumps I’ve seen over last decade are the result of a complete lack of awareness based on AFL protection strategy.

@RobWaterhouse ‘Good enough’ or ‘good of him’ Rob ?

English

@FHoulahan Still haven’t forgiven him for falling off Plumtastic at the Bool a few years ago 🤷🏼♂️

It's happening again, isn't it? That was the moment. Not sure Stokes will give us another chance. #Ashes23

Here's my player-by-player guide to the entire field for the Masters.
I would very much appreciated likes (and even the odd retweet) if you don't mind, especially as they're taking away my blue tick tomorrow. And it took ages.

Privileged to be one of the 47,000 people trackside today at Nakayama for the world’s biggest betting race annually, the Arima Kinen. Can’t wait to get there!
Asian Racing Report@AsianRacingRep
7.20am, three degrees Celsius, Christmas Day morning. Massive crowd at Nakayama Racecourse gates awaiting 7.30am entry for the G1 Arima Kinen. Crowd restricted to just under 50,000 today, punters still keen to get a good spot. #有馬記念
