@HMRCcustomers Can't get through on this phoneline, when I go through the options I just get "we can't take your call right now, goodbye". The payment is now 2 weeks late.

@sainsburys I have an account, but how would you know if I'm vulnerable or not? Happy to send a copy of my MatB1 form. Really struggling to stay self isolated as advised by the govt when we can't get deliveries and don't have anyone around to help us!
