We performed a combined open cystolytotomy and endoscopic removal of urethral stones (which were blocking the posterior urethra). Elevated bladder neck possibly contributing to difficult self-cath - may need further manipulation to enable CIC

46 yo man with MMC with qn augmented bladder (24 years ago). Lost follow-up and presented with a suprapubic tube (unable to CIC) and recurrent UTIs. How would you manage him? #neurogenicbladder

Making a composite mesh/fascia lata graft for robotic sacrocolpopexy. A nice solution when there is a lack of peritoneum for mesh coverage and/or a fresh vaginal cuff (or in this case, a separated cuff!) @kuhlrunnings @dubinsky_a @UroResidentsCS @KaiBDallas
