@NewBalanceUK I ordered a pair of New Balance trainers which were dispatched for delivery earlier this week with UPS. The package hasn’t arrived and @UPS_UK have told me that the package is lost and I should contact you. What do I do?!

@UPSHelp_UK my package has been out for delivery since Tuesday, it had an estimated delivery time of before 9pm on Tuesday but has not been delivered and is now AWOL. Any ideas?!
