Cormack needs to go. If he’s as big a fan as he harps on about, he should know that himself.

Not our usual style... But on this occasion the Aberdeen end needs to be as unified as possible. #AllInRedAtHampden

To the Scottish lawmakers, The alcohol ban in Scottish football is long overdue to be lifted. In practice, the ban causes fans to drink more before games than if they could drink at the game. It causes fans to rush their drinks and consume more in the limited time they have in the pub or on the supporters bus. The crowds then arrive from all over the place minutes before kick off. We believe fans should be able to drink at their seat. Any area or time restriction on consumption, in practice, only contributes to drinks being rushed and larger quantities consumed. Football fans across most of Europe are afforded the right to sit or stand with their friends watching their team while drinking a pint. It's a social occasion. Scottish fans are not any worse behaved than any of those countries, and in fact many of them see us as model supporters. The fact that fans can drink in the pub from opening time till 14.59, but can't drink at the stadium at any time, is impossible to justify. Millwall fans can buy pints at an automated self-service facility at their games, but Peterhead fans can't drink at their games. The same Scots can go to a rugby match at Murrayfield or Hampden and drink, but can't if the sport on the pitch is football. The same people can go to Pittodrie and drink as long as they pay for a hospitality package. Aberdeen fans can go to away games in UEFA competitions and drink, but can't in the home leg. The contradictions are endless. We guarantee that lifting the alcohol ban would see a range of benefits for all parties: - Huge increase in revenue for clubs from drinks sales and likely increase in ticket sales from the improved matchday experience. - Supporters would go to the ground earlier instead of at the last minute, putting them in a controlled environment which would be of huge benefit from an organisational and segregation point of view. - Better atmosphere in the stadium during the game and pre-match, contributing to the USP of Scottish football. Fans simply sing far more with a drink in their hand, often singing for hours in the pub only to go quiet in the stadium. We believe lifting the ban would be transformational for Scottish football. We encourage initial trial runs in the lowest category games, building up to nearly all games. We expect self-policing and responsibility to prevail, but we also understand that fans are already drinking in a less controlled, less ideal way than if the ban was lifted. Family stands and specified areas can be kept alcohol free to give people a choice. Stop thinking about the extremely small number of the highest risk fixtures, and start applying common sense to the vast majority of fixtures in every division of Scottish football. We call on those with the power in Scotland to review their beliefs and current position, stop the exceptionalism and bring the ability to drink while watching football in line with modern, civilised countries. @AFCspareTickets @RTG_Podcast It’s almost as if logic should come in to play. Not in the least bit surprising considering we stuck two of the exact same screens, showing the exact same thing, in the exact same stand side by side.

@RTG_Podcast The majority of the stadium wouldn't actually be able to see it. Even large parts of the RDS and Main Stand wouldn't see it due to the flood lights/roof of South/Merkland stands. Obviously no one in the Merkland would see it and the vast majority of the South Stand.

Hibs opting for the oh so creative strategy mastered by the Huns, Utd and Killie. - Must run contract down at Aberdeen - Must barely hit a 6/10 most weeks - Must down tools at least 6 months before McGrath peaked with that through ball to Sokler and has been missing since 👋🏼
