I was watching the inauguration of the new Quebec premier, and it's wild how much Quebec does its own thing and brazenly ignores everything Ottawa insists is important. Like, there was no land acknowledgment, they cut out all references to the monarchy, and nothing was bilingual.

Still trying to figure out how and why a delayed penalty that occurred after the zone entry was still enforced when the goal was already disallowed for offsides.

@Killerdg93 @FriedgeHNIC Exactly- if you allow to go back in time to call an offside, then game continuity is broken.

@FriedgeHNIC League has to clean that up. You cannot be awarded penalty shot that was caused by a missed offsides. This was not a high stick or penalty causing injury. It was a direct result of missed offsides.
