Hi there! I don’t know if you received my message, but they're seeking close to 70% (66% exactly) of the mechanical earnings, which is why my team and I are renegotiating. Even though I agreed to this percentage before the release, to give up such a significant share when our goal is a fair split of work, when I co-produced and wrote the song fully as well is my point of renegotiation. I hope you recognize the complexity here; it's not as straightforward as it might seem. I've made efforts to address this privately, but discussing it like this without knowing the details adds complexity and turns it into a bait for negativity rather than a constructive one. :( Additionally, since there has been no reply for months, my lawyers are currently crafting another letter to their legal team to settle this once and for all. ☺️ Hopefully we reach a fair negotiation by the end. 🤍
