The Avalon Q, the final miner generously donated by @canaanio . This is one of their latest offerings and definitely the crowd favourite. A very quiet miner in Eco mode that does 55TH at ~850W in a ~mini tower format, though not as quiet as the mini3 (but more hashrate, power consumption, and efficiency.) In standard mode it's about 80TH/1400W, and goes up to 95TH/1700W on super. I find it amusing to think it has over 1,000x the hashrate of the first generation ASIC Avalon 1 miner I had at about the same power consumption, but is a lot quieter. The Q is about the level of a quiet PC, whereas the mini can be made virtually inaudible. The phone app entry for this one seems to work more reliably than the mini3, but doesn't have a heater mode, nor can it adjust the brightness of the display/LED. It is wifi powered or via ethernet cable which is unusually on the front of the device. The heat is vented out of the back of the device. Annoyingly it takes a C14 power cable presumably to support the higher current requirements on 110V, but that's redundant in our 240V world. This one's already solved 2 testnet4 blocks for me, so it's definitely serving its purpose to aid development, but it's getting rather warm in my study now.
