Cherry on top is when the customer is yelling so hard at you that another customer gets in to tell the lady to stop making a scene and they just escalate on top of each other so loud.

I'm so tired of customer service cause you cant tell a customer to not speak above you to ask questions when you're already serving another customer. Cause then you get called rude so you apologize and its still not enough. They continue yelling at you
