Here’s what actually changed me over the past 2 years: • Stopped being “woke” and started focusing only on what I can control • EAT more + hit the gym consistently • Realized being angry at yourself is a twisted form of self-love it pushes you harder and kills lazy excuses • Drink way less • Cut ties with toxic mean girlfriends whose whole personality is hating men 2024 (very skinny and unhealthy) 2026 (gain good muscle and healthy)

I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize to @Joona and @ShahZaMk for the comments and edits I made earlier. Looking back on it, the way I handled things was unnecessary and disrespectful, and that’s on me. Both of you have put a lot of time, effort, and passion into what you do, and I shouldn’t have contributed to any negativity or drama around it. Even if I had thoughts or criticisms, there are far better and more respectful ways to communicate them, and I failed to do that here. I take full responsibility for my actions and I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration or disrespect it may have caused. You both deserve respect for the work you’ve done and the communities you’ve built. I’ll do better about how I handle things going forward. Again, I’m sorry, Joona and ShahZaM.
