Hello Frens. Just wanted to say hi. I’ve had a bad summer. I don’t wanna talk about it, except to say that it was if the family-was-very-sick variety of bad. But things & people are better. & I’m ready to return to the internet.

Someday soon I’ll have a life again. Then I can make my own art. If anyone wonders why I have such a hard time collaborating, it’s both bc work is very demanding, & also bc I get super burnt out working for others.

Elon Musk has lost my interest & my patience. Screw this guy. He hasn’t even fixed the racism problems at Tesla. He’s a just a grifter onto everything that other ppl have hyped & invested in: electric cars, space, crypto & now social media. So far he only got the cars right.

Someday Imma start my own animation/game studio where I pay people well, & part of that deal is that we budget our time & money to ensure that no one is doing crunch time. If there is a crunch, it’ll be seen as evidence of a mistake, & steps will be taken to correct it.

@elonmusk Free speech cannot exist in an environment where hate speech & antisocial bullshit is allowed to thrive. Then people feel less safe to speak their mind, or even participate. The fact is that the internet is different from real life.

Given that Twitter serves as the de facto public town square, failing to adhere to free speech principles fundamentally undermines democracy. What should be done?
