This channel is generating $93K in 6 months while I spend 1 hour/week on it. We post 8 videos a month. That's it. Most people think they need to upload daily to make real money on YouTube. They don't. I've run multiple channels over the past 5 years. Some pumped out 30 videos a month and barely cracked $3K. This one does 8 videos a month and averages $15K. Same quality editing. Same level thumbnails. The only thing that changed was niche selection. It's knowing which niches will actually pay before you waste 6 months figuring it out. Most people pick niches based on gut feeling, what sounds interesting, what they see working for others, or what they think "should" work. Then they spend months grinding, wondering why they're stuck at $500/month while watching other channels blow up in what seems like "worse" niches. The niche IS the business. Everything else is just execution. If you nail the niche, 8 videos a month is enough. If you pick wrong, even 100 videos won't save you.
