On the New Year’s Eve, everybody’s into making predictions Many come up with futuristic hypotheses, as if competing to single out the wildest, and even the most absurd ones. Here’s our humble contribution. What can happen in 2023:

@digitalassetbuy @Ripple There’s a protective order in place between the parties. When one side marks something “confidential” the other side cannot disclose or release them. If you do, you are in violation of the Court’s protective order. We see them if the SEC agrees or the Court orders them unsealed.

Hey @JohnEDeaton1 can we get an update on this. So @ripple has the documents. What is preventing them from being released "at the SEC's insistence"? Why are they in a position to insist anything? To me this is everything.

I predict settlement in SEC vs. @ripple If that's going to happen it happens: "Within 90 days of when they were forced to turn over the documents." according to @JohnEDeaton1 after watching this clip I'm convinced we get a settlement.(and never see the Hinman docs) @linqtoinc

So @GaryGensler knows that FTX was fraudulent from its inception. This is egregious considering he had more meetings with Bankman-Fried than anyone in the space to discuss a crypto regulatory framework designed to benefit FTX alone. He will be held accountable.

Chair Gensler wants to push the digital asset ecosystem overseas to "protect" American investors. Instead, Congress must develop a clear, comprehensive regulatory framework in the U.S. to protect Americans AND allow innovation to thrive here at home. finance.yahoo.com/video/sec-gens…

A house issued subpoena to ripple will unlock the Hinman emails and all secgov corruption will be disclosed
Jungle Inc | Markets & Future Systems@jungleincxrp

@RepTomEmmer I believe Ripple has some interesting emails that Congress needs to examine. They likely can’t just give them to you, but a subpoena from congress should handle this problem.

Speak softly and carry a big stick...this tweet is clearly a threat to disclose the emails to Congress and to the media about the sec's corruption if no settlement is reached
Stuart Alderoty@s_alderoty

A primer: As part of its “continuous watchfulness” over the SEC, Congress is entitled to information, including about investigations, to make sure that the agency is not abusing its limited power nor diminishing Congress’ role in shaping national policy.
