@ENSMaxisNFT How are people saying this is a scam, free Mint free Mint, dont expect anything further, yall know how much shit I minted for like .5 ETH that's worth nothing now? Shut up all you plebs.
English

All the allegations are false and lack merit. How can you rug a project that is a free mint and extracts no royalties?
Your baseless argument revolves around the team selling NFTs on the market to the ENS community.
This assertion holds no ground, as numerous individuals were urging us to sell our supply, both openly and through direct messages, yet we consistently refused. We received offers totaling over 50 ETH, which, at current market value, equates to well over $165,000. Nevertheless, we turned down every offer because we had bigger goals.
ENS Maxi #9357 even received an offer of 15 ETH at one point in our direct messages, and had we accepted it, everyone would have been content. So, why would we bother with the hassle of buying and selling on the market and wasting gas fees when we could have easily sold our holdings when people asked for them?
If we were rug pullers, we would be the most clueless ones alive. We invested in hiring a marketing team, two artists, paid for hosting and domains, bought our ENS name, gave out four-digit ENS names, hired a lawyer to handle our trademark, and an accountant to handle our books. However, despite our efforts, we've been operating at a loss for the second year in a row.
So, why have we been inactive? We carefully evaluated the expenses required to keep the project running, and it became apparent that investing more money without any return on our investment would be futile, especially given the current state of the NFT market.
We managed to agree on adding funds to work on one additional claim item for the community, which is currently in progress. Our plan was to deliver it once it was ready.
Despite providing valid reasons, you still accuse us of scamming.
Here's a simple question to ponder: Why would the team refuse to sell any of their supply if they were scammers? We could have sold our supply and put the funds in our pockets. Everyone would have been ok with that, so it would have been the most logical thing to do.
Additionally, our address is a postal receiving address. Hard to believe? Board Apes used a very similar postal address in their early days. It's actually quite common.
For further reference, take a look at our Medium articles where we detail all the sponsorships, grants, and giveaways we've initiated. Not to mention, we went above and beyond to rectify a situation where a community member fell victim to a malicious link, which at the time was valued at over 4 ETH, despite the fact that the link wasn't even our fault.
In conclusion, our track record speaks volumes about our integrity and commitment to our community. Accusations of scamming are baseless and ignore the substantial evidence of our dedication to transparency and fairness.
