A few large accounts were running very high leverage through the protocol. As the market moved against them, these positions began to liquidate. This triggered a chain of further liquidations and created strong sell pressure on $PEAS. Everything is working as intended. The liquidation system functioned exactly as it should to protect the protocol and its users. There has been no exploit, no hack, and no bad debt within the Metavault. All funds remain safe, and lenders are fully protected by the way the vault is built. This event only affects the $PEAS token and Pods involved in these liquidations. It does not impact other Pods or assets across the ecosystem. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and keep the community updated. The system remains healthy and secure.
