Bu durum, sadece finansal değil, insani ve ahlaki bir suç niteliği de taşımaktadır. Binance, Türkiye’de yasal bir lisansa sahip olmamasına rağmen milyonlarca vatandaşa hizmet vermekte; fiyat manipülasyonu, likidite çekme, bot müdahaleleri ve kullanıcı fonlarının keyfi olarak dondurulması gibi yöntemlerle açık şekilde piyasa dolandırıcılığı (6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu Madde 107) suçu işlemektedir. Ayrıca Binance yöneticilerinin ve CZ’nin, Türkiye’deki yatırımcıların yaşadığı zararlara karşı hiçbir sorumluluk almaması, uluslararası finansal suç kapsamına girmektedir. ⸻ TALEPLERİM: 1.Binance Holdings Limited ve CEO’su Changpeng Zhao hakkında Türkiye’de yürütülen tüm faaliyetlerin derhal soruşturulması, 2.Binance platformunun Türkiye’de izinsiz sermaye piyasası faaliyeti yürütüp yürütmediğinin SPK ve MASAK tarafından incelenmesi, 3.Piyasa manipülasyonu, yatırımcı zararı ve etik ihlaller nedeniyle Binance Türkiye temsilcileri hakkında cezai işlem başlatılması, 4.Filistinlilerin hesaplarının kapatılması ve İsrail’e para aktarımı iddialarının uluslararası iş birliğiyle araştırılması, 5.Türk vatandaşlarının mağduriyetlerinin tespit edilerek zararlarının giderilmesi, 6.Gerekli görülmesi halinde Binance’ın ülke çapında faaliyetlerinin askıya alınması veya yasaklanması. ⸻ Binance ve yöneticilerinin bugüne kadar sergilediği tutum, sadece finansal değil, etik ve insani değerleri de hiçe saymaktadır.
