Another coin is getting delisted on CoinDCX @smtgpt is blatantly lying in a very bold, shameless and deliberate way, with full awareness that what he saying is false. He claimed that only margin pairs would be delisted, yet he continues to delist coins from both spot and futures.

Exactly, the delistings are ONLY for margin trading pairs, not the coins themselves! Because some customers unknowingly ended up paying significantly higher TDS when using the margin trading product, and we don't want this to happen with our customers. In a 1% TDS world in India, margin trading product doesn't make sense e.g. at 5x margin, TDS charged would be 5% and not 1%. Why? Because, unlike futures, margin trading is spot trading with leverage. So TDS, which applies on crypto transactions, gets multiplied on the entire leveraged value and not just your capital. This hurts our customers with higher-than-expected TDS costs. ✅ As a customer-first platform, we’d never want our users to suffer unexpected tax burdens. ✅ So we’ve decided to remove ONLY the margin trading pairs to protect our customers and improve their trading experience on CoinDCX. The spot pairs remain available as usual. Hope this clarifies!
