Seems @FarmCatsNFT decided to make an announcement about closing their farming in 3 days, and then in a couple hours after their announcement decided to close it right away reason "community decision".
While this alone is very unprofessional in its self, I went to the discord and found many other people were not onboard with this decision, seemed like they only listened to part of the community lol.
Consumers made adjustments, cats were purchased (to maximize 3 days of farming) and to go and change things right after an official announments is in fact dumb.
I expressed how I felt and said it was freaking stupid, people including myself were playing their little game and were expecting 3 more days of farming to occur.
I was banned from their discord, and my feelings on that go back to 2022 if a team bans or blocks due to disagreement or hard questions, the project doesn't have long to survive.
I wont change my mind on how I liked their minting process, but I cant put trust into a project that doesnt know what they are doing.
Since stopping the farm cats have dropped in price from $20 to $7, I unstaked my cats and the accrued MEOW I had? Gone.

Project tend to struggle to bring in hype and a successful mint, so a lot of them will over allocate their WL which will then cause after mint problems for the people who actually wanted to mint and were expecting a spot. @FarmCatsNFT did something different. They created a token and tiered the mint out so each mint ramps up the amount of token you needed to mint for the next tier. Tier one: $1.50 + 0 $MEOW tokens At this point anyone with a $1.50 could mint. Tier two: $1.50 + 1 $MEOW token. Here is where things get interesting. If you minted from tier one you could have staked your NFT and in 24 hours had enough $MEOW to mint from tier two! Or on the other hand if you didn’t want to wait you could have purchased $MEOW on their DEX for like $1.50-$2.00 At the time. Those who knew about the dex and the minting mechanic were able to buy $MEOW earlier for like $0.10. Tier three: $1.50 + 2 $MEOW this mint was meant to be rushed, it was programmed to be a mint that took a few days to finish. The crazy part, it’s working! With 9,655 NFTs minted out of 10k we are sitting at tier five: $1.50 + 4 $MEOW tokens. Earlier to day $MEOW ramped up to $6.99/token so if you are buying the tokens today to mint in the last tier it could cost you almost $30. This was a huge opportunity for those who knew to buy the tokens early on (I didn’t) I was able to mint 4 did have to buy some $meow though as the 2/3rd tiers moved quickly. Thankful for the airdrop I got for holding a @tempowhel Are you staking your @FarmCatsNFT?
