Set up a company Put their investment property inside the company When they sell, they’re technically selling shares in a company not property directly Those shares could still qualify for the 50% CGT discount #auspol

#BREAKING A newly arrived Bangladeshi national has gone on a murderous rampage in Sydneys western suburbs last night, brutally murdering his 46 year old wife and his two sons, aged just 12 and 5. It’s understood the perpetrator then calmly contacted the Police after the murders to alert them to the fact. Police found the bodies of his two sons, and his 46 year old wife inside, shortly afterwards. They suffered from significant laceration injuries that were too graphic for the source to fully reveal. The Bangladeshi man, was taken into custody and charged with three counts of domestic violence murder. He did not appear in court when his matter was briefly mentioned by solicitor Jawad Hosain. Hosain declined to comment on whether the accused killer had a history of domestic violence, drug use or mental health issues. “How could you do this? They’re babies. Babies” one neighbour remarked. Diversity is our strength.
