日本の暗号資産税率20%が実現する理由を説明します。 昨日の国会で、加藤財務大臣が暗号資産税制の見直し検討の進捗を報告し、今年6月までを目途に金融庁が検証を行い、その検証結果に基づいて暗号資産税制見直しの検討を行う予定を発表しました。 政府が暗号資産の税制変更を渋っている理由は、 伝統的な金融市場の株や為替の優位性を保ちたい、投機的な取引を抑制したい、税収が美味しいなど色々考えられますが、最も重要な理由として「安全通貨の日本円を守るため」があります。 日本円の通貨供給量M2の増加ペースは先進国の中で最も遅く、増加ペースを抑えてインフレを抑制することで安全通貨としての地位を確立した側面もあり、それが国際経済を有利に展開する力となっていました。 しかし、貿易収支の悪化や経済成長の停滞などで日本円の安全通貨としての市場の評価が揺らいでいるため、国際社会における日本円の評価、国内経済における日本円の評価を保つために、暗号資産に重税をかけて使いづらいままにして廃れるのを待つのが日本政府の結論になると思いそうですが、 そうすると、アメリカを始め世界各国で暗号資産やブロックチェーン技術が普及し、金融や行政のインフラ強化が進んでいるなか、日本の国際競争力が低下し、経済がさらに衰退する危険が迫っているため、日本政府が暗号資産を世界一税率55%のまま据え置くことはもはや不可能です。 詳しくは動画で説明します。 youtu.be/mlbcKJ_r9ag
